In addition to our real estate services, we also offer self-storage units at our location. Our rates are as follows:
Outside storage of vehicles = $16.05 per month
6 x 10' storage unit = $28.02 per month
10 x 10' storage unit = $38.50 per month
10 x 20' storage unit = $53.50 per month
A $25.00 security deposit is required and is refundable when
unit is vacated if unit is left clean and undamaged.
Units are fenced, locked gate, with evening perimeter lights.
Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to noon and
1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend access is available upon request.
